The 5-month losing streak for Metro Boston single-family home sale prices has finally been broken, as June 2023 was 3% higher than June 2022’s value! With that said, about half the towns I track saw median single-family sale prices lower than they were last year, so the only thing that’s clear is that we’re no longer experiencing skyrocketing price increases.
