February usually has the least number of sales out of the year since it reflects homes that accepted offers in the December timeframe, and that was especially true this time. This February’s numbers seemed to be the most “meh” since I can remember, with the overall trajectory for Metro Boston almost exactly even with where prices were last year at the same time.
