Included in my brokerage’s commission is a design consultation with a stager who focuses on how to arrange the items you already own in order to maximize your home’s potential. We’ll look at current market trends and decide whether it’s worth your time to make any small changes using your own items, as well as discuss renting furniture or accessories to stage your home.
We’re in a strong seller’s market, but it’s still important for every home to be professionally photographed to ensure that it’s displayed in the best possible light. My brokerage’s commission includes great options for videography and website development (yes, your house will have its own dedicated site!). Combined, these professional touches help your home sell quickly and at the best possible price point.
Once the pictures are in, the best views of your home will be sent out to all the major websites, as well as on a website of its own for no extra charge.
Depending on your comfort level with Covid-19 risks and on your own goals, we’ll use a combination of open houses and/or showings to allow buyers to get acquainted with their potential new home. My team uses an app called “ShowingTime” to easily schedule showings, and you’ll be able to see the schedule in real-time as you go about your day. You’ll even see feedback from agents as we go, so we can make adjustments as necessary.

Most of the hard work is being done by the buyer’s lender and attorney at this point, and you’ll be fully in the loop as we approach the many milestones up through closing. Many buyers request about a week for an inspection period, with final walk-through and closing about 4 to 6 weeks after that.
